No matter what job we perform, how large or small our workplace or where our job is located we all look for value, satisfaction, comfort and safety in our jobs.
A large portion of every week is spent in the workplace and how we interact with the workplace environment and our colleagues, customers and guests have a direct impact on our job satisfaction, job safety and the success of the business overall.
Conflict and differences can be resolved with clear expectations in the workplace and approaches to resolving issues.
In this 3.5 hour interactive training program – Respectful Workplaces, Respectful Workers we’ll look at human communications off the job and what behaviors we bring into the workplace that demonstrate respect and those that create disrespectful work relationships. Using relatable examples of learned communications and behaviors we will address the issues of workplace diversity, inclusion, harassment, bullying and violence. Important to this program will be addressing the issue of conflict management so that we can share differences of opinions, customs and culture in a healthy and safe way to make our workplaces respectful.
This training is suitable for anyone in the workplace from senior management, employees of all jobs, contractors and vendors.
Our training Objectives include:
Price: $175.00 + HST
Time: 1:00pm - 4:30pm
The session will be held at the OEA Office: 36 Brookshire Court, Suite 14, Bedford, Nova Scotia, B4A 4E9
