Create a Harassment Prevention Policy with OEA NS

Effective September 1, 2025, all employers in Nova Scotia will be required to establish and implement a workplace harassment prevention policy under the Stronger Workplaces for Nova Scotia Act.

OEA NS is offering complimentary training sessions designed to help employers build or refine a harassment prevention policy that aligns with the upcoming regulatory requirements.

Led by Tom Champion, Employer Advisor at OEA NS, these sessions include a walk-through of the policy components, time for questions, and a downloadable template (available soon on our website).
