Develop a Workplace Harassment Prevention Policy - Wednesday, October 29 

Due to high demand, we’re offering another session of our Harassment Prevention Policy Development workshop on October 29, from 10:00–11:00 a.m.

As of September 1, 2025, all Nova Scotia employers must have a written harassment prevention policy in place. The new Harassment in the Workplace Regulations (under the Stronger Workplaces for Nova Scotia Act) require policies that address both physical and psychological harassment. 

Join us for a practical, hands-on session that will walk you through what’s required and help you create a compliant, effective harassment prevention policy tailored to your workplace.

Navigating the WCB’s Internal Appeals Process - Thursday, October 30 

We’re also offering a new workshop on October 30, from 10:00–11:00 a.m., focused on helping employers confidently navigate the Workers’ Compensation Board’s internal appeals process.  

Join us as we walk through what can be appealed, how to start the process, and what to expect along the way so you can approach each step with clarity and assurance.
