WCB’s Duty to Cooperate Virtual Workshops

OEA NS is offering virtual and in-person workshops to help employers covered by WCB understand the new Duty to Cooperate requirements, coming into effect on July 15, 2025. These sessions will explore how the duty to cooperate connects to broader employment obligations, including the duty to accommodate and duty to inquire. This session will also cover return-to-work plans, documentation, exemptions, and more.  

Virtual sessions will be hosted:  

• July 9, 2025 – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm  
• July 16, 2025 – 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm 
• July 23, 2025 – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
