This session introduces employers to workplace health and safety obligations and responsibilities as well as psychological claim adjudication within the WCB system. Key concepts and potential barriers related to psychosocial workplace factors will be explored through purposeful examples and interactive discussion, giving participants ways to strengthen communication, respond appropriately to employee needs, reduce workplace risks, and create environments for success.
