When a workplace complaint or allegation of harassment is raised, an employer’s response matters. Employers must understand what is required, act promptly, and ensure the process is fair, respectful, and appropriately documented. This immersive session examines workplace health and safety-complaint investigation processes, including initial assessment, procedural fairness, confidentiality, impartiality, interviewing, evidence analysis, findings, and communication of outcomes. Through realistic scenarios and applied discussion, participants will learn how to manage challenging employee situations, avoid common investigation pitfalls, and support a credible and compliant process.
