A workplace health and safety incident activates immediate responsibilities on an employer. This comprehensive and interactive session examines what occupational health and safety requirements mean in practice, from timely reporting and preserving evidence to interviewing witnesses, documenting findings, and identifying root causes. Participants will work through realistic scenarios, explore required elements of an investigation, and learn how to develop safe, meaningful corrective actions to both meet obligations and implement preventative measures.
