This three and a half hour course assists you to navigate the obligations under the Workers' Compensation legislation, review the rights, roles and responsibilities of the workplace parties, return to work and understand specific policies, forms, types of benefits paid and reporting requirements. This program was written by OEA NS Society staff and is focussed specifically on the needs of employers. This program can be offered virtually, in-person, as well as on the employer's worksite.

Price: $60.00 +HST

Discount Price: $30.00 +HST for those who registered for another training session.

Time: 9:00am - 12:30pm

Covid-19 Protocol: A mask must be worn at all times inside the building and during training. Upon arrival, ring our door bell and someone will let you in, and we ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided at the door. We will then lead to the conference room.
