Expanding employer education and support across Nova Scotia

As employers navigate increasingly complex workplace challenges, access to practical, reliable education and support has never been more important.

To strengthen and expand the services available to employers across Nova Scotia, the Office of the Employer Advisor Nova Scotia Society (OEA NS) has welcomed Paul Deveau as its new Education Services Advisor.

This new role reflects OEA NS's ongoing commitment to helping employers build safer workplaces, strengthen workplace practices, and confidently navigate workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, human resources, and related employment matters.

Paul brings over 15 years of experience working in various industries, organizations and capacities within Human Resources fields, including staff recruitment and executive search, career transition, generalist consulting, occupational health and safety, management coaching, training and facilitation, as well as leading and supporting matters of organizational design, job classification and employee compensation with the Government of Nova Scotia, where he was the recipient of multiple ‘Minister’s Awards of Excellence’.
